Damal Education Hub Refund Policy

At Damal Education Hub, we are committed to providing high-quality educational services. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any course or subscription.

1. General Policy

All payments made to Damal Education Hub are subject to this Refund Policy. By enrolling in a course or subscribing to our platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Refund Eligibility

A student may request a full refund if:

- The request is submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.

- The student has accessed less than 20% of the course content.

- No certificate has been issued.

- The student has not completed the course.

3. Non-Refundable Payments

Refunds will not be provided if:

- More than 20% of the course has been accessed.

- The course has been completed.

- A certificate has been issued.

- The refund request is made after 7 days from the purchase date.

- The account is suspended for violating Damal Education Hub's Terms of Service.

4. Live Classes

Fees paid for live classes or tutoring sessions are non-refundable once the class has started. If Damal Education Hub cancels a scheduled class and cannot provide an alternative session, students may receive a full refund or course credit.

5. Subscription Plans

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable after the subscription period begins. Students may cancel their subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued.

6. Technical Issues

If a student is unable to access purchased content due to a technical issue caused by Damal Education Hub that cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, the student may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

7. Payment Errors

If a duplicate payment or billing error occurs, Damal Education Hub will verify the transaction and issue the appropriate refund.

8. Refund Process

To request a refund, students must contact Damal Education Hub Support with:

- Full name

- Registered email address

- Course name

- Payment receipt or transaction reference

- Reason for the refund request

Approved refunds will normally be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method, where possible.

9. Changes to This Policy

Damal Education Hub reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on the platform.
